When will the purchase amount be charged?
You will be charged when the shipment is dispatched.

How much is the delivery charge?
Shipping costs via UPS to private addresses or business addresses depend on the package. Newline offers free shipping to Canada and USA on orders above 150$ (before taxes).

Can you give me more information about a product?
We try to write as much information about our products as possible - such as function, size, color and material. If additional information is needed, you can write us at support@newlinesport.ca . Remember to state the product name of the item you want information about, and we'll do our best to answer all your questions. 


How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your product you can easily return it within 14 days. Simply fill in the return slip and enclose it in the return package. Remember to stamp the package before sending it. 


What shall I do if I have received a faulty item?
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with a service number, which you will need when you send us back the faulty item. The faulty item must be returned within 14 days. The returned product must not have been damaged, soiled, washed or altered and all labels or tags must still be intact. Tags must be intact on the item.Once we have processed the claim, you will receive a refund for the item within 30 days.
